Regional Sales Director, Kyiv and the Kyiv region

About the role

Sigil™ turns a photo of a CMR into a Polish RMPD declaration and files it with PUESC under the carrier's own company credentials. The product has been live since September 2026. We are building a sales team across Ukraine and looking for a regional director to own sales in Kyiv and the Kyiv region.

The country's biggest concentration of carriers and forwarders, along with the head offices of large fleets. The register is large: 2,426 carriers with an international licence, and at that scale only time limits the work here. Київ accounts for 69% of that register, so most meetings happen in one city. The median fleet is 11 trucks, and 427 companies run twenty or more. You can build a portfolio here without the biggest fleets. Only 296 of 2,426 are sole traders, so incorporated companies dominate, each with its own dispatch desk and approval path. ADR clearance is held by 655 companies, 27% of the register, and dangerous goods almost always fall under SENT, and therefore under RMPD. 1,086 companies predate 2014, so most of them already have their paperwork habits and an opinion about every new system.

The market is concentrated and large: most companies sit in Київ, and many of them run twenty trucks or more. A meeting in person works here, a cold call does not. A decision here almost always passes through the dispatch desk and accounting, so plan for several meetings rather than one call.

Responsibilities

• Owning sales in the region: the plan, the clients, the result
• Building the team: hiring B2B sales managers, training them and leading them
• Selling personally to the large fleets in the region and talking to their owners
• Working with carrier associations, industry events and freight exchanges
• A weekly report on the region: how many calls, how many sign-ups, what is in the way
• Reaching the 427 companies with twenty trucks or more: the owner decides there, and a single sign-up shows up at once
• A separate list of the 655 ADR companies: their journeys fall under SENT regularly, so the RMPD conversation starts by itself

Requirements

• At least three years in logistics or freight forwarding with international transport
• Experience leading people, or readiness to build a team for the first time
• Knowledge of CMR, RMPD and the standard document set for international transport
• Understanding the basics of Polish requirements: SENT, PUESC, penalties
• Confident computer user: CRM, documents and spreadsheets, messengers
• Fluent Ukrainian; part of the client base speaks Russian

Pay

A base of 2,000 € a month, paid in hryvnia at the NBU rate.

Plus commission on your own sales and commission on the sales of the managers in your region. There is no cap: the stronger the team, the higher your income.

Conditions

• Remote, from any town in the region, including Київ, Бровари, Бориспіль
• Five days a week, 8 hours, starting at eight or nine
• Work phone, connectivity and trips to industry events at our expense
• We train you on the product, on PUESC and on the sales and onboarding tools

The first month

• Week one: the product, PUESC and RMPD end to end, alongside someone who already does it
• Week two: your first list, the 1,675 companies in Київ, the densest part of the regional register
• Week three: the 655 companies with ADR clearance, then the 60 in Бровари
• Week four: the first sign-ups, and the region's 427 large fleets as a conversation for the months after

A laptop, internet from 40 Mbps and a workplace ready for power outages.
