About the role

Sigil™ turns a photo of a CMR into a Polish RMPD declaration and files it with PUESC under the carrier's own company credentials. The product has been live since September 2026. We are looking for a B2B sales and customer onboarding manager in the Zakarpattia region.

A region with no Polish border of its own: freight goes through the Lviv crossings, so RMPD is needed here just the same. The regional register holds 782 carriers with an international licence, which is several years of work for one team. No single city dominates: the largest, Ужгород, is 16% of the register, and the carriers are spread across the region: 50 towns hold three or more of them. The median fleet is 15 trucks and 134 companies run twenty or more, so a single sign-up covers dozens of journeys a month. There are 234 sole traders and the rest are incorporated, so some conversations move fast and some go through accounting. There are 116 companies with ADR clearance, and they are the first to call: their loads fall under SENT most often. 265 of these companies were registered from 2022 onwards. The market is still settling, and for many of them document handling is only now falling into place.

The market is spread across the region but runs large fleets. Reaching a client takes longer, but a single sign-up covers dozens of trucks at once. Some firms answer at once, others ask for numbers and come back a week later; both tracks have to run in parallel.

The regional market in numbers

  • Carriers with an international licence: 782, of which 116 hold ADR clearance
  • Sole traders: 234; incorporated companies: 548
  • Median fleet: 15 trucks, counted where the register reports a fleet; that is 303 companies
  • Companies with one or two trucks: 41; with twenty or more: 134
  • Registered before 2014: 323; since 2022: 265
  • Most carriers in Ужгород: 127, then Мукачево: 95
  • Towns with three or more carriers: 50

Responsibilities

  • Finding carriers and dispatchers in the region: calls, email, Telegram, industry groups
  • Onboarding: showing the system, helping with setup, getting the client to their first filed declaration
  • Supporting clients on the service, RMPD and the basics of Polish requirements
  • Attending industry events in the region
  • Keeping the CRM up to date and a short daily report
  • Planning trips across 50 towns in the region, because the market here does not sit in one city
  • Contact with the 265 companies registered since 2022: their document routine is still taking shape

Requirements

  • At least one year in logistics or freight forwarding with international transport
  • Knowledge of CMR, RMPD and the standard document set for international transport
  • Understanding the basics of Polish requirements: SENT, PUESC, penalties
  • Confident computer user: CRM, documents and spreadsheets, messengers
  • Fluent Ukrainian; part of the client base speaks Russian

Pay

A base of 500 € a month, paid in hryvnia at the NBU rate.

Plus 10% of what your clients pay for RMPD declarations. The commission accrues every month for as long as the client uses the service. There is no cap.

Conditions

  • Remote, from any town in the region, including Ужгород, Мукачево, Хуст
  • Five days a week, 8 hours, starting at eight or nine
  • Work phone, connectivity and trips to industry events at our expense
  • We train you on the product, on PUESC and on the sales and onboarding tools

The first month

  • Week one: the product, PUESC and RMPD end to end, alongside someone who already does it
  • Week two: your first list, the 127 companies in Ужгород, the densest part of the regional register
  • Week three: the 116 companies with ADR clearance, then the 95 in Мукачево
  • Week four: the first sign-ups, and the region's 134 large fleets as a conversation for the months after

Technical setup

A laptop, internet from 40 Mbps and a workplace ready for power outages.
