About the role

Sigil™ turns a photo of a CMR into a Polish RMPD declaration and files it with PUESC under the carrier's own company credentials. The product has been live since September 2026. We are looking for a B2B sales and customer onboarding manager in the Ternopil region.

A market that still carries documents in a folder and barely knows RMPD can be filed from a phone. The regional register holds 579 carriers with an international licence, which is several years of work for one team. Тернопіль accounts for 39% of that register, so most meetings happen in one city. The median fleet is 6 trucks, counted where the register reports one, and 56 companies here run just one or two. The conversation is with an owner who drives himself. Sole traders number 253, which is 44% of the market, and in such a firm the decision rests with the one person you are talking to. ADR clearance is rarer here, 74 companies in all, so the conversation is more often about ordinary goods from the SENT list than about dangerous loads. 325 companies predate 2014, so most of them already have their paperwork habits and an opinion about every new system.

The market is concentrated and large: most companies sit in Тернопіль, and many of them run twenty trucks or more. A meeting in person works here, a cold call does not. The first call lands straight on the decision-maker, so you get an answer the same day, even if a short one.

The regional market in numbers

  • Carriers with an international licence: 579, of which 74 hold ADR clearance
  • Sole traders: 253; incorporated companies: 326
  • Median fleet: 6 trucks, counted where the register reports a fleet; that is 221 companies
  • Companies with one or two trucks: 56; with twenty or more: 58
  • Registered before 2014: 325; since 2022: 85
  • Most carriers in Тернопіль: 225, then Бучач: 17
  • Towns with three or more carriers: 28

Responsibilities

  • Finding carriers and dispatchers in the region: calls, email, Telegram, industry groups
  • Onboarding: showing the system, helping with setup, getting the client to their first filed declaration
  • Supporting clients on the service, RMPD and the basics of Polish requirements
  • Attending industry events in the region
  • Keeping the CRM up to date and a short daily report
  • Conversations with the 253 sole traders in the register: one owner, one decision, often straight from the cab
  • Working with the small carriers that dominate here: 56 companies with one or two trucks, where the owner both calls and drives

Requirements

  • At least one year in logistics or freight forwarding with international transport
  • Knowledge of CMR, RMPD and the standard document set for international transport
  • Understanding the basics of Polish requirements: SENT, PUESC, penalties
  • Confident computer user: CRM, documents and spreadsheets, messengers
  • Fluent Ukrainian; part of the client base speaks Russian

Pay

A base of 500 € a month, paid in hryvnia at the NBU rate.

Plus 10% of what your clients pay for RMPD declarations. The commission accrues every month for as long as the client uses the service. There is no cap.

Conditions

  • Remote, from any town in the region, including Тернопіль, Чортків, Кременець
  • Five days a week, 8 hours, starting at eight or nine
  • Work phone, connectivity and trips to industry events at our expense
  • We train you on the product, on PUESC and on the sales and onboarding tools

The first month

  • Week one: the product, PUESC and RMPD end to end, alongside someone who already does it
  • Week two: your first list, the 225 companies in Тернопіль, the densest part of the regional register
  • Week three: the 74 companies with ADR clearance, then the 17 in Бучач
  • Week four: the first sign-ups, and the region's 58 large fleets as a conversation for the months after

Technical setup

A laptop, internet from 40 Mbps and a workplace ready for power outages.
