About the role

Sigil™ turns a photo of a CMR into a Polish RMPD declaration and files it with PUESC under the carrier's own company credentials. The product has been live since September 2026. We are looking for a B2B sales and customer onboarding manager in the Ivano-Frankivsk region.

Many small fleets of two to five trucks, for whom a single declaration error hurts most. The regional register holds 612 carriers with an international licence, which is several years of work for one team. Івано-Франківськ holds 20%, then Калуш with another 51 companies, and the bulk of the work sits between those two cities. The median fleet is 9 trucks, and 60 companies run twenty or more. You can build a portfolio here without the biggest fleets. Sole traders number 270, which is 44% of the market, and in such a firm the decision rests with the one person you are talking to. ADR clearance is rarer here, 70 companies in all, so the conversation is more often about ordinary goods from the SENT list than about dangerous loads. 301 companies predate 2014, so most of them already have their paperwork habits and an opinion about every new system.

The market is spread across the region but runs large fleets. Reaching a client takes longer, but a single sign-up covers dozens of trucks at once. The first call lands straight on the decision-maker, so you get an answer the same day, even if a short one.

The regional market in numbers

  • Carriers with an international licence: 612, of which 70 hold ADR clearance
  • Sole traders: 270; incorporated companies: 342
  • Median fleet: 9 trucks, counted where the register reports a fleet; that is 208 companies
  • Companies with one or two trucks: 45; with twenty or more: 60
  • Registered before 2014: 301; since 2022: 110
  • Most carriers in Івано-Франківськ: 123, then Калуш: 51
  • Towns with three or more carriers: 39

Responsibilities

  • Finding carriers and dispatchers in the region: calls, email, Telegram, industry groups
  • Onboarding: showing the system, helping with setup, getting the client to their first filed declaration
  • Supporting clients on the service, RMPD and the basics of Polish requirements
  • Attending industry events in the region
  • Keeping the CRM up to date and a short daily report
  • Conversations with the 270 sole traders in the register: one owner, one decision, often straight from the cab
  • Conversations with the 301 companies older than 2014: they have their own paperwork routine, and your job is to show where Sigil™ fits into it

Requirements

  • At least one year in logistics or freight forwarding with international transport
  • Knowledge of CMR, RMPD and the standard document set for international transport
  • Understanding the basics of Polish requirements: SENT, PUESC, penalties
  • Confident computer user: CRM, documents and spreadsheets, messengers
  • Fluent Ukrainian; part of the client base speaks Russian

Pay

A base of 500 € a month, paid in hryvnia at the NBU rate.

Plus 10% of what your clients pay for RMPD declarations. The commission accrues every month for as long as the client uses the service. There is no cap.

Conditions

  • Remote, from any town in the region, including Івано-Франківськ, Калуш, Коломия
  • Five days a week, 8 hours, starting at eight or nine
  • Work phone, connectivity and trips to industry events at our expense
  • We train you on the product, on PUESC and on the sales and onboarding tools

The first month

  • Week one: the product, PUESC and RMPD end to end, alongside someone who already does it
  • Week two: your first list, the 123 companies in Івано-Франківськ, the densest part of the regional register
  • Week three: the 70 companies with ADR clearance, then the 51 in Калуш
  • Week four: the first sign-ups, and the region's 60 large fleets as a conversation for the months after

Technical setup

A laptop, internet from 40 Mbps and a workplace ready for power outages.
