Regional Sales Director, Rivne region

About the role

Sigil™ turns a photo of a CMR into a Polish RMPD declaration and files it with PUESC under the carrier's own company credentials. The product has been live since September 2026. We are building a sales team across Ukraine and looking for a regional director to own sales in the Rivne region.

Carriers work mostly through the Volyn crossings, with Yahodyn three hours away. The regional register holds 716 carriers with an international licence, which is several years of work for one team. No single city dominates: the largest, Рівне, is 14% of the register, and the carriers are spread across the region: 16 towns hold three or more of them. The median fleet is 8 trucks, and 92 companies run twenty or more. You can build a portfolio here without the biggest fleets. Sole traders number 335, which is 47% of the market, and in such a firm the decision rests with the one person you are talking to. There are 124 companies with ADR clearance, and they are the first to call: their loads fall under SENT most often. 323 companies predate 2014, so most of them already have their paperwork habits and an opinion about every new system.

The market is spread across the region but runs large fleets. Reaching a client takes longer, but a single sign-up covers dozens of trucks at once. The first call lands straight on the decision-maker, so you get an answer the same day, even if a short one.

Responsibilities

• Owning sales in the region: the plan, the clients, the result
• Building the team: hiring B2B sales managers, training them and leading them
• Selling personally to the large fleets in the region and talking to their owners
• Working with carrier associations, industry events and freight exchanges
• A weekly report on the region: how many calls, how many sign-ups, what is in the way
• Planning trips across 16 towns in the region, because the market here does not sit in one city
• Conversations with the 323 companies older than 2014: they have their own paperwork routine, and your job is to show where Sigil™ fits into it

Requirements

• At least three years in logistics or freight forwarding with international transport
• Experience leading people, or readiness to build a team for the first time
• Knowledge of CMR, RMPD and the standard document set for international transport
• Understanding the basics of Polish requirements: SENT, PUESC, penalties
• Confident computer user: CRM, documents and spreadsheets, messengers
• Fluent Ukrainian; part of the client base speaks Russian

Pay

A base of 2,000 € a month, paid in hryvnia at the NBU rate.

Plus commission on your own sales and commission on the sales of the managers in your region. There is no cap: the stronger the team, the higher your income.

Conditions

• Remote, from any town in the region, including Рівне, Дубно, Сарни
• Five days a week, 8 hours, starting at eight or nine
• Work phone, connectivity and trips to industry events at our expense
• We train you on the product, on PUESC and on the sales and onboarding tools

The first month

• Week one: the product, PUESC and RMPD end to end, alongside someone who already does it
• Week two: your first list, the 99 companies in Рівне, the densest part of the regional register
• Week three: the 124 companies with ADR clearance, then the 16 in Сарни
• Week four: the first sign-ups, and the region's 92 large fleets as a conversation for the months after

A laptop, internet from 40 Mbps and a workplace ready for power outages.
