Regional Sales Director, Khmelnytskyi region

About the role

Sigil™ turns a photo of a CMR into a Polish RMPD declaration and files it with PUESC under the carrier's own company credentials. The product has been live since September 2026. We are building a sales team across Ukraine and looking for a regional director to own sales in the Khmelnytskyi region.

A transit region on the route from the centre to the west, where many carriers take return loads from Poland. The regional register holds 487 carriers with an international licence, which is several years of work for one team. Хмельницький accounts for 40% of that register, so most meetings happen in one city. The median fleet is 10 trucks, and 85 companies run twenty or more. You can build a portfolio here without the biggest fleets. There are 148 sole traders and the rest are incorporated, so some conversations move fast and some go through accounting. ADR clearance is held by 97 companies, 20% of the register, and dangerous goods almost always fall under SENT, and therefore under RMPD. 271 companies predate 2014, so most of them already have their paperwork habits and an opinion about every new system.

The market is concentrated and large: most companies sit in Хмельницький, and many of them run twenty trucks or more. A meeting in person works here, a cold call does not. Some firms answer at once, others ask for numbers and come back a week later; both tracks have to run in parallel.

Responsibilities

• Owning sales in the region: the plan, the clients, the result
• Building the team: hiring B2B sales managers, training them and leading them
• Selling personally to the large fleets in the region and talking to their owners
• Working with carrier associations, industry events and freight exchanges
• A weekly report on the region: how many calls, how many sign-ups, what is in the way
• Dense coverage in Хмельницький, where the bulk of the regional register sits: meetings can be scheduled back to back
• A separate list of the 97 ADR companies: their journeys fall under SENT regularly, so the RMPD conversation starts by itself

Requirements

• At least three years in logistics or freight forwarding with international transport
• Experience leading people, or readiness to build a team for the first time
• Knowledge of CMR, RMPD and the standard document set for international transport
• Understanding the basics of Polish requirements: SENT, PUESC, penalties
• Confident computer user: CRM, documents and spreadsheets, messengers
• Fluent Ukrainian; part of the client base speaks Russian

Pay

A base of 2,000 € a month, paid in hryvnia at the NBU rate.

Plus commission on your own sales and commission on the sales of the managers in your region. There is no cap: the stronger the team, the higher your income.

Conditions

• Remote, from any town in the region, including Хмельницький, Кам'янець-Подільський, Шепетівка
• Five days a week, 8 hours, starting at eight or nine

• We train you on the product, on PUESC and on the sales and onboarding tools

The first month

• Week one: the product, PUESC and RMPD end to end, alongside someone who already does it
• Week two: your first list, the 196 companies in Хмельницький, the densest part of the regional register
• Week three: the 97 companies with ADR clearance, then the 40 in Кам'янець-Подільський
• Week four: the first sign-ups, and the region's 85 large fleets as a conversation for the months after

A laptop, internet from 40 Mbps and a workplace ready for power outages.
