About the role

Sigil™ turns a photo of a CMR into a Polish RMPD declaration and files it with PUESC under the carrier's own company credentials. The product has been live since September 2026. We are looking for a B2B sales and customer onboarding manager in the Poltava region.

Industrial freight and forwarders who cross half the country to reach Poland and plan the run in advance. The register is small, 317 carriers with an international licence, and in half a year you can speak to every one of them. Полтава holds 34%, then Кременчук with another 81 companies, and the bulk of the work sits between those two cities. The median fleet is 10 trucks, and 66 companies run twenty or more. You can build a portfolio here without the biggest fleets. Only 71 of 317 are sole traders, so incorporated companies dominate, each with its own dispatch desk and approval path. ADR clearance is held by 97 companies, 31% of the register, and dangerous goods almost always fall under SENT, and therefore under RMPD. 180 companies predate 2014, so most of them already have their paperwork habits and an opinion about every new system.

The market is spread across the region but runs large fleets. Reaching a client takes longer, but a single sign-up covers dozens of trucks at once. A decision here almost always passes through the dispatch desk and accounting, so plan for several meetings rather than one call.

The regional market in numbers

  • Carriers with an international licence: 317, of which 97 hold ADR clearance
  • Sole traders: 71; incorporated companies: 246
  • Median fleet: 10 trucks, counted where the register reports a fleet; that is 194 companies
  • Companies with one or two trucks: 46; with twenty or more: 66
  • Registered before 2014: 180; since 2022: 27
  • Most carriers in Полтава: 107, then Кременчук: 81
  • Towns with three or more carriers: 13

Responsibilities

  • Finding carriers and dispatchers in the region: calls, email, Telegram, industry groups
  • Onboarding: showing the system, helping with setup, getting the client to their first filed declaration
  • Supporting clients on the service, RMPD and the basics of Polish requirements
  • Attending industry events in the region
  • Keeping the CRM up to date and a short daily report
  • Dense coverage in Полтава, where the bulk of the regional register sits: meetings can be scheduled back to back
  • A separate list of the 97 ADR companies: their journeys fall under SENT regularly, so the RMPD conversation starts by itself

Requirements

  • At least one year in logistics or freight forwarding with international transport
  • Knowledge of CMR, RMPD and the standard document set for international transport
  • Understanding the basics of Polish requirements: SENT, PUESC, penalties
  • Confident computer user: CRM, documents and spreadsheets, messengers
  • Fluent Ukrainian; part of the client base speaks Russian

Pay

A base of 500 € a month, paid in hryvnia at the NBU rate.

Plus 10% of what your clients pay for RMPD declarations. The commission accrues every month for as long as the client uses the service. There is no cap.

Conditions

  • Remote, from any town in the region, including Полтава, Кременчук, Лубни
  • Five days a week, 8 hours, starting at eight or nine
  • Work phone, connectivity and trips to industry events at our expense
  • We train you on the product, on PUESC and on the sales and onboarding tools

The first month

  • Week one: the product, PUESC and RMPD end to end, alongside someone who already does it
  • Week two: your first list, the 107 companies in Полтава, the densest part of the regional register
  • Week three: the 97 companies with ADR clearance, then the 81 in Кременчук
  • Week four: the first sign-ups, and the region's 66 large fleets as a conversation for the months after

Technical setup

A laptop, internet from 40 Mbps and a workplace ready for power outages.
