About the role

Sigil™ turns a photo of a CMR into a Polish RMPD declaration and files it with PUESC under the carrier's own company credentials. The product has been live since September 2026. We are looking for a B2B sales and customer onboarding manager in the Chernivtsi region.

A small but dense market: carriers here know each other, and a recommendation counts for more than an ad. The regional register holds 514 carriers with an international licence, which is several years of work for one team. Чернівці accounts for 47% of that register, so most meetings happen in one city. The median fleet is 13 trucks and 77 companies run twenty or more, so a single sign-up covers dozens of journeys a month. There are 198 sole traders and the rest are incorporated, so some conversations move fast and some go through accounting. There are 72 companies with ADR clearance, and they are the first to call: their loads fall under SENT most often. 246 companies predate 2014, so most of them already have their paperwork habits and an opinion about every new system.

The market is concentrated and large: most companies sit in Чернівці, and many of them run twenty trucks or more. A meeting in person works here, a cold call does not. Some firms answer at once, others ask for numbers and come back a week later; both tracks have to run in parallel.

The regional market in numbers

  • Sole traders: 198; incorporated companies: 316
  • Median fleet: 13 trucks, counted where the register reports a fleet; that is 187 companies
  • Companies with one or two trucks: 35; with twenty or more: 77
  • Registered before 2014: 246; since 2022: 128
  • Most carriers in Чернівці: 241, then Сторожинець: 9
  • Towns with three or more carriers: 26

Responsibilities

  • Finding carriers and dispatchers in the region: calls, email, Telegram, industry groups
  • Onboarding: showing the system, helping with setup, getting the client to their first filed declaration
  • Supporting clients on the service, RMPD and the basics of Polish requirements
  • Attending industry events in the region
  • Keeping the CRM up to date and a short daily report
  • Reaching the 77 companies with twenty trucks or more: the owner decides there, and a single sign-up shows up at once
  • Conversations with the 246 companies older than 2014: they have their own paperwork routine, and your job is to show where Sigil™ fits into it

Requirements

  • At least one year in logistics or freight forwarding with international transport
  • Knowledge of CMR, RMPD and the standard document set for international transport
  • Understanding the basics of Polish requirements: SENT, PUESC, penalties
  • Confident computer user: CRM, documents and spreadsheets, messengers
  • Fluent Ukrainian; part of the client base speaks Russian

Pay

A base of 500 € a month, paid in hryvnia at the NBU rate.

Plus 10% of what your clients pay for RMPD declarations. The commission accrues every month for as long as the client uses the service. There is no cap.

Conditions

  • Remote, from any town in the region, including Чернівці, Новоселиця, Сторожинець
  • Five days a week, 8 hours, starting at eight or nine
  • Work phone, connectivity and trips to industry events at our expense
  • We train you on the product, on PUESC and on the sales and onboarding tools

The first month

  • Week one: the product, PUESC and RMPD end to end, alongside someone who already does it
  • Week two: your first list, the 241 companies in Чернівці, the densest part of the regional register
  • Week three: the 72 companies with ADR clearance, then the 9 in Сторожинець
  • Week four: the first sign-ups, and the region's 77 large fleets as a conversation for the months after

Technical setup

A laptop, internet from 40 Mbps and a workplace ready for power outages.
